1. Acceptance of these terms
By purchasing or using a B8R plugin (B8R Web Story Creator, Traffic Tracker) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Licensing
Each plugin has a free version, distributed and licensed under the WordPress.org plugin directory's terms (GPL), and a paid "Pro" upgrade licensed for use on your own WordPress site(s) as described on the product's page at time of purchase. Pro license activation and delivery is handled by our licensing partner, Freemius, and is tied to the email address used at checkout — it is not resellable or transferable to a third party.
3. Payments
Checkout, payment processing, and license delivery for Pro upgrades are handled by our licensing partner, Freemius. Payment is due in full before a license key or download is issued.

5. Support & updates
A Pro license includes plugin updates and email support for as long as the license remains active. We aim to keep both plugins compatible with current WordPress releases but don't guarantee compatibility with every theme or third-party plugin.
6. Disclaimers
Our plugins are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, B8R is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our plugins, including lost traffic data, lost content, or site downtime.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dabra, Madhya Pradesh, India.
