What this covers

This policy covers b8r.in and the purchase and delivery of our WordPress plugins (B8R Web Story Creator, Traffic Tracker). Our mobile app, B8R Legal, has its own privacy policy, linked from its own page.

Data we collect

• At checkout: your email address, and payment details collected directly by our licensing and payments partner, Freemius — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.
• License records: your email, the product/tier purchased, and your license key, held by Freemius on our behalf so we can verify and re-send it to you if needed.
• License lookups: if you use the "retrieve my license" page, we look up records by the email you provide.
• Contact form: if you use our "Contact us" page, we store the name, email, and message you submit, solely to respond to you.

How your data is used

Solely to process your purchase, issue and deliver your license key, and provide support if you contact us. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Payments

Checkout and payment processing for Pro upgrades are handled entirely by our licensing partner, Freemius — a licensed payment processor. We only ever receive a payment confirmation and license reference, never your full card, UPI, or bank details.

Data retention & deletion

We keep order and license records for as long as needed to support your purchase (including reissuing a lost license). To request deletion of your data, email us at support@b8r.in — note that deleting a license record may mean we can no longer verify or reissue it.
